Goals are like running

Goals are like running. You can jog all your life and be quite satisfied with that. Or you sign up for a race. Then every single run changes into a workout. You do exercise.

And on the day of the run you focus on your goal and then you just run. Because of your fitness; because of your muscles; because of your will. Because of your workouts.

Set goals. Have ambitions. Write it down or talk about it. Make it alive and give it a shape. Register for your personal race. Do workout and collect experiences. And then start running to reach your goals. Because of your fitness; because of your muscles; because of your will. Because of your workouts.
